Your order confirmation

When you place an order we email you two things.

An acknowledgement, straight away. That email is what makes your contract with us; see "How ordering works".

Your order confirmation, as a PDF attached to an email. This is your permanent copy. It sets out everything: who we are and how to reach us, every item you bought and what each cost, the delivery charge separately, the total and the VAT inside it, how and when you paid, when and where we are delivering, your right to change your mind within 14 days and exactly how to use it, a withdrawal form you can fill in, and your two-year legal guarantee.

Please keep it. We send it as a PDF rather than as a web link on purpose: a file on your computer is yours, and we cannot change it after the fact. That is the point of it.

You can also read your orders any time in your account, under My Orders, and we keep them there for as long as you have an account with us. But the PDF is the copy that does not depend on us.

If the PDF does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email info@dickens.com.mt or call +356 2133 3562 and we will send it again.
