This kit holds one DJI Mic Mini 2S transmitter and one receiver. It has no charging case: the transmitter charges from the included magnetic charging cable and the receiver over USB-C. The transmitter weighs about 12 g and has about 14.5 GB of storage, enough for up to 28 hours of 24-bit recording, or 22 hours in 32-bit float, saved as WAV files.
AI noise cancelling can be switched on from the transmitter button or the DJI Mimo app; the level (Strong or Basic) and the three voice tone presets are set in the app. The receiver can take up to four transmitters, including Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2 transmitters, so you can add more later. Extra transmitters are sold separately.
Range is up to 400 m in open, interference-free conditions. The transmitter runs for about 11 hours and the receiver for about 10.
The receiver connects to cameras through the included 3.5mm TRS cable and to phones through the USB-C phone adapter. The transmitter can also connect straight to supported DJI Osmo cameras, or to a phone over Bluetooth in third-party recording and live-streaming apps (not the phone's own camera app).
