This kit holds two DJI Mic Mini 2S transmitters, one receiver and a charging case. Each transmitter weighs about 12 g and has about 14.5 GB of storage. That is up to 28 hours of 24-bit recording, or 22 hours in 32-bit float, saved as WAV files on the transmitter as a backup.
AI noise cancelling can be switched on from the transmitter button or the DJI Mimo app; the level (Strong or Basic) and the three voice tone presets are set in the app. The receiver offers Mono, Stereo and Quadraphonic modes and can take up to four transmitters, including Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2 transmitters. Extra transmitters are sold separately.
Range is up to 400 m in open, interference-free conditions. A transmitter runs for about 11 hours and the receiver for about 10. A full charging case adds about 3.2 full charges, up to 40 hours in total.
The receiver connects to cameras through the included 3.5mm TRS cable and to phones through the USB-C phone adapter. The transmitters can also connect straight to supported DJI Osmo cameras, with no receiver needed.
