The Fill Light attaches magnetically to the Osmo Pocket 4's gimbal and turns with it, so the light stays on the subject as the camera tracks. It draws power from the camera, with no battery of its own to charge; DJI puts the cost at about 30 minutes of recording time at medium brightness and 54 minutes at high.
There are three brightness levels and three colour temperatures, from warm 2800 K to cool 5500 K, set from the camera or left on automatic. DJI cites a high colour rendering index, which lets you shoot at a lower ISO for cleaner portraits. It fits the Osmo Pocket 4 and 4P only, not the Pocket 3.
