Item Condition: We only accept returns for items that are sealed and unopened in their original packaging.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the day of purchase counts as day one.
Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Starting a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Policy
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 midday will be shipped the same day.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12 midday will be shipped the next day.
