The DJI O4 Ground Station is a professional wide-area transmission system designed to extend the range and reliability of DJI enterprise drone operations beyond what a standard remote controller can achieve. A 12-antenna omnidirectional array with automatic multi-band frequency selection pushes transmission range up to 40km when paired with the DJI Matrice 400, maintaining a crisp, stutter-free video feed even through dense urban environments and challenging terrain.
Two operating modes cover every deployment scenario. Gateway Mode connects directly to DJI FlightHub 2 via Ethernet or cellular for real-time video, remote control, and Virtual Cockpit access. Relay Mode extends range offline into valleys and obstructed areas beyond network coverage, bridging DJI Dock 3 or a remote controller to the aircraft.
Built for permanent outdoor installation, it carries IP67 dust and water resistance, IK07 impact protection, EN/IEC 61643-21 Category C lightning protection, fanless passive cooling, and a built-in backup battery with approximately 45 minutes runtime after power loss.
